Warwick Arts Centre

Warwick Arts Centre is a multi-purpose venue on the central campus of the University of Warwick in Coventry. This is truly flexible and fabulous event space for conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, product launches, banquets and drinks receptions, and of course, for concerts, live music, comedy and theatre performances.

The largest space at Warwick Arts Centre is the beautiful Butterworth Hall which seats 1200 in retractable tiered seats, or gives plenty of floor space for exhibitions, banquets and parties. Backstage there’s a kitchen, 3 band rooms and several dressing rooms. The Lecture Theatre has tiered seating for 570 as well as 10 dressing rooms, a large green room, a band room, and kitchen; these are shared with the adjacent black box Studio that holds 150 theatre style, 144 dining or in cabaret arrangement, or 119 standing.

The light-filled Helen Martin Studio seats 140 people theatre or cabaret style, and dining 100. The Mead Gallery offers a series of exhibition spaces extending to a foyer, giving a combined space of 584 sq m space. There are also multi-use creative and social spaces for up to 30 people.

The venue has integrated AV technology plus technical support, menus are tailored to suit your event, and event production packages are available. On the campus are leisure facilities, green outdoor spaces with nature walks and sculpture trails, and free parking. Warwick Arts Centre is easily reached from major routes; Coventry railway station is 3 miles away and Birmingham International Airport, 10.
