Right on the high street by Putney Bridge and an insouciant swagger from Putney station, Simmons Putney is an eclectic venue that can be hired for parties, music events and photoshoots and filming. The backdrop is retro style with plenty of vintage and pink neon going on and there’s room for up to 220 guests.

Even from the tiled brick exterior this place stands out for its cool factor, but just wait till you get inside! You’ll be met with a shed load of pink neon, big flowery wallpaper, quirky retro furniture and vintage nick-nacks to gawp at everywhere – skis on the wall, circus posters and a unicycle and up high, cutesie little lamps. It’s so cool, it works.

The first floor mezzanine can be hired for shenanigans for up to 60; what’s great is that there’s an adjoining roof terrace, and you also get a private bar and happy smiley cocktail bartenders. If you’re thinking big, hire the whole of Simmons Putney and party the night away to your heart’s content; capacity for 220, 2 floors, the roof terrace, 2 bars, a sound system, DJ booth and dance floor – its’ all yours to enjoy and to love.

You get bartenders, security staff and a DJ, but if you’ve got a mate who can’t half spin the choons, bring them along. The venue is air conditioned and licence extensions are available if you fancy staying up way past your bedtime. There’s no food offered with hire so you’re free to make arrangements with your favourite caterers.
