Sticking to the same layouts, the Collingtree 1 has room for 160, 144, 108 respectively, and the Collingtree 2 seats 100 theatre style or 72 dining. Moving down in size, the Spencer Suite holds 60 theatre style or dining, or 30 U-shape, and the Ishma Suite slightly less at 40 theatre style and dining, and 20 U-shape. For smaller events, there are 2 rooms for up to 30, 1 that seats 20 and 5 that seat up to 15 guests.
