The Westminster Suite is the largest meeting space in Hilton London Olympia and has a maximum capacity of 250 delegates in a Theatre style setup, also popular for a Cabaret setup, holding 150 delegates. The suite is great option for a wide variety of corporate meeting and events, exhibitions, receptions and dinner parties with the added benefit of natural daylight and flexible lighting facilities to suit your requirements.

The Tower Room is the larger of the two rooms that make up the Westminster Suite, being 375 square metres in size. The room is ideal for Theatre style setups holding up to 200 delegates or 110 delegates Cabaret. The room has the added benefit of natural daylight with flexible lighting facilities to suit your requirements.

The Pembroke Suite is the second largest suite at Hilton London Olympia, with a total space of 189 sqm. This suite is made up of three individual rooms: Melbury, Bedford and London. Located on the ground floor the suite benefits from convenient access as well as plenty of natural daylight. Holding up to 64 delegates in Cabaret style, or in its maximum capacity, up to 150 in Theatre style. The Pembroke Suite provides a flexible space to meet your event needs.

The Battersea Room is the smaller of the two rooms that make up the Westminster Suite and is 193 sqm. This room is a great size for all your corporate business meetings, whether in a Theatre style setup for 100 delegates or in a Boardroom style setup for 30 delegates.

For all your social events the Battersea room comes with a built in bar area making it fantastic for private events, corporate dinners as well as drink receptions. There is also the benefit of natural daylight and with flexible lighting facilities to suit your requirements.

The Kensington Suite is the third largest suite at Hilton London Olympia, with a total space of 96 sqm. This suite is made up of three individual rooms: Warwick, Napier and Holland. Located on the ground floor the suite benefits from easy access and plenty of natural daylight. Holding up to 32 delegates in Classroom style or 66 in Theatre style, the Kensington Suite provides a flexible space to meet your event needs.

The Olympia Suite is one of the four suites that we have on offer at Hilton London Olympia. The location of the suite being on the ground floor provides easy access for all. When it comes to hosting corporate meetings and events we can cater for 68 delegates in a Theatre style or 30 delegates in a Cabaret style. The suite also comes with flexible lighting facilities to suit your requirements.

The London Room is the largest of the three rooms that make up the Pembroke Suite, with a total size of 83 sqm. Located on the ground floor the room benefits from convenient access as well as plenty of natural daylight. Hosting 62 delegates in Theatre style, or up to 40 people for reception drinks. The London room provides a flexible space to accommodate your event.

The Holland Room is the smallest of the three rooms that make up the Kensington Suite and is 24 sqm. Located on the ground floor the room benefits from easy access and plenty of natural daylight. The Holland Room provides the perfect space to host your corporate meeting holding 10 delegates in Boardroom set up.

The Napier Room is one of three rooms that make up the Kensington Suite. This room provides a great space for your corporate meetings holding 14 in Boardroom with natural daylight and flexible lighting facilities to suit your requirements. The room is located on the ground floor and benefits from easy access for all.

The Executive Boardroom is one of our more premium meeting rooms at Hilton London Olympia. The Executive Boardroom has a maximum capacity of 12 delegates and boasts floor to ceiling windows providing fantastic natural daylight.

Additional extras include its own private, fully stocked kitchen for your breaks, private toilet facilities, 65 inch LED TV for presentations and sharing information. Located the hotel’s second floor the Executive Boardroom can be accessed via our lifts located in the lobby and is fully accessible.
