Pan Pacific has 12 venue hire spaces; largest is the Pacific Ballroom with capacity for 400 drinks or in theatre style, or 360 in a banquet layout. With its own private entrance, this is London’s first SMART ballroom; it can be divided into two if required.

On the 5th floor, Meeting Place comprises 5 meeting rooms and a break-out space. The rooms hold 30-70 standing and up to 65 seated; they can be hired individually or book the whole suite. Likewise, Market Square on Level 3; hire as a whole or book any of the 4 meeting rooms to suit your event; these are ideal for more intimate gatherings or smaller executive meetings, holding 10-30 delegates.

Expect state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, superfast Wi-Fi, world class catering and a very professional events team. There are sumptuous modern bedrooms for your overnight guests and an entire floor dedicated to wellbeing, with spa treatments and the most technology advanced gym in London.
