London’s first contemporary ballroom within a 5-star hotel captures the glamour and occasion of a classic ballroom but using an exciting, innovative design language. With its striking 3D ceiling, bespoke eucalyptus-wood panelling and inventive lighting, the Ballroom is an inspirational setting for conferences, business presentations, weddings and any breakfast, lunch or dinner event.
Our planning is professional and detailed, and our service assured and attentive. We can offer the latest technology or anything else you may require to ensure your event is distinguished and well remembered. The Ballroom accommodates up to 600 guests for cocktails or between 54 and 250 seated, has a private entrance and can be used in conjunction with the adjoining Belgravia Room.

The new-look Belgravia Room adjoins the Ballroom and uses the same contemporary design language, creating one seamlessly flowing space. By day with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Wilton Place, the Belgravia Room feels light and spacious. It can be used in conjunction with the Ballroom as a break-out room or reception area. As a standalone venue with a boardroom capacity of 30, it is perfect for business meetings, presentations and breakfast,
lunch or dinner events. Our team provides a personalised service tailored to your needs, along with any state-of-the art technology required. The Belgravia Room has a separate entrance, to ensure privacy for your guests

An events space with a difference,The Berkeley’s Motcomb Room has an elegant, club-like atmosphere. The room is ideal for intimate receptions, small dinners, confidential meetings,
presentations or even a perfectly-crafted wedding reception. Designed by Robert Angell to pick up references from the Household Cavalry, based nearby in Hyde Park, the room is anchored by a
traditional bar in the shape of a horseshoe, with gleaming brass fittings. The walls are covered in warm, luxurious Harris Tweed and hung with contemporary art to give the space a twist of the new.

Tastefully designed for intimate meetings and presentations, the Wilton Room offers a refined atmosphere and seamless facilities. With windows facing Wilton Place, this well-proportioned room is a distinguished business venue. Delegates are ensured their total privacy and a personalised service from our staff whilst individual technological arrangements can be tailored to suit your every need. The adjacent and interconnecting Knightsbridge Room can be booked to
maximise capacity.

Hold business meetings in understated style and comfort in the Knightsbridge Room. Looking out towards the surrounding Knightsbridge area, this room has the space, atmosphere and facilities to make it particularly well suited to executive business meetings. Up to 14 guests can be seated around the boardroom table in the Knightsbridge Room which is also well equipped with a mini bar and a state-of-the-art coffee machine for those who do not wish to be interrupted.
