Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens is a graceful 18th century historic house, set in beautiful gardens in the rolling Northamptonshire countryside. Kelmarsh Hall can accommodate dinners for up to 100 guests, 150 for a standing reception, conferences for up to 100 theatre style, or for larger event it is possible to erect a marquee in the grounds large enough to accommodate up to 500 guests.
Kelmarsh Hall is a stylish venue for weddings (including civil and commitment ceremonies), private parties and corporate functions, where clients can enjoy the freedom afforded by the Hall's exclusive use policy. The Kelmarsh estate's extensive parkland forms an attractive event site which has magnificent views of the house and has proved superb for large outdoor shows and events.
Easily accessible from all parts of the country, Kelmarsh is just 5 miles south of Market Harborough and 11 miles north of Northampton on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border.

The Ballroom

The largest of the three rooms is the Ballroom – a gorgeous space sure to wow your guests! The Ballroom is a great space for presentations, lectures and meetings, with a screen, projector and lecturn. It can also host large gala dinners, with a wooden sprung dance floor perfect for dancing the night away afterwards!

The Saloon

Leading off from the Great Hall, is the elegant Saloon. Painted in a ‘Soul of Blue’ the Saloon oozes luxury, with a grand chandelier, intricate wall decor and a view of the rolling Northamptonshire countryside. The Saloon is perfect for a meeting space, lecture, or even a meal. If you wanted to make your event really special, why not hire a pianist to play on the baby grand piano?
