Not just a legendary theatre, the famous Birmingham Rep offers an astounding range of spaces for hire, popular for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions and meetings. Its central Birmingham location in Centenary Square makes it a great choice to wow your guests with an event they will never forget.

Channelling its original theatre roots, the REP offers a choice of 3 auditoria with either 820, 292 or 180 seats – why not offer your team a backstage tour or creative workshops among the props, wigs and make up rooms! There are also 3 suites within the REP and all overlooking the Centenary square and are highly equipped, bright areas that can be fully utilised or divided into 3 separate spaces to hold 70 theatre style or 20 boardroom. All three suites combined offer space for up to 200 theatre style or 90 cabaret style. For something with a little atmosphere why not choose the Mezzanine displaying beautiful arched windows or the REPs Foyer with double height ceiling and direct access to the Marmalade Bar and Bistro for dining.

Within the REP is the Library of Birmingham offering truly unique settings for many events including weddings, receptions, parties, gala nights and business events. A suite of 4 highly equipped modern meeting rooms are available with Wi-Fi, natural daylight and digital screen and projector. They can cater from 20 to 75 delegates. For weddings and receptions are the atmospheric Book Rotunda for 300 guests, and the Shakespeare Memorial Room and Skyline with fantastic views and great for smaller weddings and drinks receptions for up to 60 guests. For something really special, hire the Baskerville Corner for a banquet or gala for 160 guests or really wow them with the Discovery Terrace – a stunning outdoor space for up to 250 guests offering a relaxed environment and superb views, perfect for summer drinks receptions and celebrations.

The team at the REP have received countless praise for their ability to deliver and create events to surpass and exceed expectations. They make use of these spectacular spaces in the highest possible way adding a touch of theatrics to your event in this great venue.

Car parking is available close to the REP. For those flying in Birmingham Airport offers a shuttle to the International train station from which you can board a train to Birmingham New Street where you will find the REP.
