You don’t have to be a fan of the beautiful game to appreciate the fantastic meeting and event facilities from Aston Villa Hospitality & Events at Villa Park. This famous Birmingham stadium has top-notch facilities for conferences, product launches, exhibitions, training sessions, team building days, awards ceremonies, networking receptions and banquets, plus it’s an exciting venue for weddings, private celebrations and corporate parties for up to 700 people.
The biggest event space is the Holte Suite which has its own car park, a private entrance, reception area, two bars and a mezzanine lounge. It can be split into two separate areas but as a whole it holds 700 delegates in theatre style or for a drinks reception, 640 for a gala dinner and 460 in cabaret arrangement.
The Directors Club is a contemporary space with two bars and a private box for 35. There are pitch views and capacity for 200 guests theatre style, 150 dining, and 112 in cabaret layout. The open-plan 82 Suite has room for 300 folk standing, 250 theatre style, and 220 for dinner; the relaxation area and food theatre are both great for breakouts.
In the Trinity Stand, MacGregors holds 200 people for drinks, 110 feasting and 100 in theatre style, whilst Lions accommodates 100 for a reception, 96 for dinner and 80 for a conference, and the Heineken Lounge seats 60 in theatre style or 50 in cabaret layout. The Cornerflag has one of the best views in the entire stadium, plus a private entrance, restrooms and bars; it’s big enough for receptions for 100 guests, dining for 80, and conferences for 70. 3 breakouts rooms can be hired for smaller events, seating 40-70.
The Holte is the former hotel at Villa Park, dating back to the 19th century and is home to 3 function suites that comfortable hold 30-70 people. Aston Villa Hospitality & Events also offers 96 Executive Boxes seating 6-16 guests; all are modern, light and airy with pitch views.
You’ll be in the safe hands of a well-versed Events Team, and you’ll have bespoke catering options, cutting edge AV equipment, superspeed wifi and a choice of attractively priced event packages. Villa Park is close to the M6 and just minutes from the nearest train station, with parking for over 1,000 cars.

The Lower Ground Suite is elegant ground-floor suite situated at the traditional Holte End of Villa Park. Having undergone a complete transformation during the summer of 2009, it is now a purpose-built venue which can cater for all events, from prestigious conferences and sumptuous black-tie dinners through to trade exhibitions.
The Lower Ground Suite is accessed by its own car park and benefits from a large foyer, and a unique mezzanine level which overlooks the main suite.
