Natural History Museum
Situated in Kensington in West London, the Natural History Museum is set in an imposing architectural building. Housing stunning collections from the dinosaurs to ancient mammals this venue would be an impressive backdrop for both corporate and private events looking for something extra special.
The major renovation of the large Hintze Hall, with a blue whale skeleton, offers a fabulous space for 600 guests for dinner or 1200 for a reception. There are 8 venue spaces including the contemporary Darwin Centre with its courtyard accommodating up to 60 guests, and the Flett Events Theatre for up to 350 for a reception.
The theatre is an auditorium type space, ideal for corporate events such as training days, presentations, seminars or a conference for 200 delegates. There are plasma screens, projectors, LED lighting, lecterns and microphones, and refreshments and catering options are available.
The dedicated events team at the Natural History Museum is also happy to host your Wedding, birthday or Christmas party from canapé receptions to sit down banquets. They can offer team building packages and a list of suppliers for entertainment and catering. Once the museum is closed to the public in the late afternoon, the museum can be hired exclusively for your personal event and the exhibitions enjoyed privately.
In a great location in Kensington, with Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations within walking distance. There is plenty of public transport, Victoria and Paddington train stations are a short taxi ride away, and Gatwick and Heathrow Airport are easily accessible.
