There are 9 flexible meeting spaces, all light and airy, tasteful and sumptuous; the biggest is the ground floor Garden Suite which holds 250 guests for dinner and 120 in theatre style. It can interlink with the William Suite, which has a private car park and entrance, access to the terrace, a bar and built in PA/AV equipment. This suite can be divided into three smaller spaces and has capacity for 30-120 in theatre style, 20-70 dining, and 10-40 for board meetings.

The Music Rooms are also on the ground floor, opening onto the terrace; as one room it seats 120 for dinner, 80 in theatre style, and 40 for a boardroom meeting. It can be divided into two smaller rooms and is often used in conjunction with the William Suite for break outs, syndicates and refreshments. Book the Boardroom for smaller meetings and private dining for up to 25, or on a moated woodland island is a summerhouse that’s wonderful for discreet meetings for 5 or for open air soirees for up to 120 guests. Adjacent to Hogarths is The Stables, home of the British Equestrian Eventing Team, with capacity for 80 in theatre style, 40 in cabaret arrangement, and an optional syndicate room for 10.

Hogarths Hotel Solihull offers a range of team building activities including Wacky Races, treasure hunts, archery, inflatable assault courses, or indoor events like pub games, quiz nights, and wine tasting.
