Future Inn Cardiff has 8 meeting rooms, all on the ground floor with complimentary Wi-Fi, temperature control and black out blinds. Standard are data projection, flipchart and pens, with additional audio-visual equipment arranged to suit your event. The Dunraven is the biggest room at 130 square metres and it holds 160 people in theatre style or 100 for dinner; merged with the Holder that capacity increases to 198 square metres to accommodate 210 in theatre style or a banquet for 200. On its own the Holder gives you 68 square feet to play with and a maximum capacity of 80 in theatre style and 60 dining.
The Emma and the Eniston hold up to 60 and 40 delegates respectively or combine to host events for up to 130. The Chaucer seats 36 guests in board room configuration and the Anglesea and Appledore 20, or 40 in theatre style. The smallest room is the Bernard, being ideal for seminars for up to 30 or executive meetings for 12 in boardroom style.
You’ll have a fully-fledged conference and events team to help with the nitty gritty and to make sure all goes well, and there will be a choice of refreshments and healthy eating options. Select from 8 or 24 delegate packages or have your event tailored to your exact requirements. All 197 ensuite bedrooms are of a good size, with air con, a TV, work desk, free Wi-Fi and free internet access. The in-house Thomas Bar & Restaurant serves British food with a contemporary Welsh flavour in a relaxing environment.
There is free on-site parking for guests, Cardiff Bay train station is only a short stroll away and you can even walk to the city centre in 30 minutes. Access from the M4 is relatively easy.
